We respect your privacy. Slagram uses customer data only to provide, maintain, secure, and bill for the service.
To operate the service, we store the account and connection data required for Slack and Telegram bridging. This may include Slack workspace, channel, and user identifiers; Telegram group identifiers; names associated with connected accounts or groups; and the email address associated with your Paddle subscription. The Paddle email address is used for subscription and payment identification, not marketing.
We do not cache, log, or otherwise store the contents of messages relayed through Slagram. Message contents are processed only as needed to forward them between Slack and Telegram, in RAM.
Communications between Slagram, Slack, Telegram, and Paddle are encrypted in transit.
We automatically remove your account and all data associated with it 1 month after your subscription becomes inactive. Please contact us in case you require immediate removal.
